Mysterious Japanese leather cases

We’re very intrigued by designer / fashion house Maison Takuya. We love the luxurious iPhone covers, pen cases, and other leather cases – including even briefcase covers (what a novel idea) – but we can’t seem to dig up much more information about them. With the aid of Google Translate we have a vague and roughly edited description (with words like buffalo, alligator, ostrich, and cowhide being tossed around… and we strongly doubt that Mr. Takuya runs a farm on the side).
